Jack Beckman – Huntersville, NC Real Estate Agent has been a resident of Lake Norman since 1999 when he relocated from his birthplace Chicago, IL. His diverse background in areas of client relationship development and service gives him a unique advantage to serving his buyers and sellers real estate needs.
Jack has been a real estate professional since 2001. He and his wife have owned and operated their own real estate business managing their own fully furnished lake norman rental properties in the Cornelius, North Carolina lakefront communities of Vineyard Point Condos, Wood Duck Cove Condos, and Admirals Quarters Condos. They saw a need for others relocating to the area and needing a temporary place to call home while they were able to take their time getting to know the area and finding their new home.
Jack has also worked with new home buyers as a new home sales consultant for a national builder in the Statesville, Troutman, and Sherrills Ford area. Helping clients match a new home design to their vacant land as well as locate vacant land for their new home.
His attention to detail stems from his early career serving the trade show industry. Being a time definite business, managing the details was the utmost importance and he brings that same attention to the details of his real estate clients needs from contract to close.
Jack Beckman and his wife have lived in the Lake Norman lakefront communities of Wood Duck Cove, Harborside, Rockridge Shores, and currently in a quiet lakefront neighborhood through The Peninsula Waterfront Homes near Connor Quay. In their spare time they enjoy all that lake life has to offer. Boating with family and friends is always important….but other ways of enjoying Huntersville is at Dressler’s and Red Rocks Cafe. Or just hanging out on their dock enjoying beautiful Lake Norman sunsets.
